We have purchased this box for our office as delivery sometimes arrives after hours. Upon arrival, we had some issues with the batteries but the support person sorted out in no time. Since we are using this box, we don’t have more problems with after-hour deliveries and even during our business hours the packages left in there.

The lockbox arrived in a flat package with all hardware and instructions. It took us about 15 minutes to put it together and program it. Amazon always puts the package inside; however, it looks like FedEx doesn’t care. The box itself very nice and easy to use.
